1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website dappo.blog, the "DAPPO Membership", the newsletter "DAPPO Selection" and invitations to DAPPO Magazine & Events. The provider is lesunja.com AG, Lagerstrasse 42, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland ("DAPPO").

Purchases in the DAPPO shop are additionally subject to the terms published there.

2. Magazine content

DAPPO publishes editorial content in Design, Art, People, Places and Opportunities. The content is for information and inspiration. We work with care but give no guarantee of completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Details of events, opening hours or third-party offers may change.

3. Partner links and collaborations

Some articles contain partner (affiliate) links. If you buy through such a link, DAPPO receives a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. We disclose partner links and paid collaborations. Our selection is editorial. Retailers are solely responsible for their products, services, prices and terms. Any contract is concluded only between you and the retailer.

4. Membership

4.1 Membership is free of charge. It requires registration with a valid email address or via Google or Facebook. You must be at least 18 years old.

4.2 Members receive selected editorial content, event invitations and access to the members' area. There is no entitlement to specific content or invitations.

4.3 Keep your login details confidential and inform us if you suspect misuse.

4.4 Profiles are visible only to logged-in members by default. You decide in your profile settings which details you show.

4.5 You may end your membership at any time by deleting your account or writing to us. DAPPO may end or suspend a membership if these terms are breached or for another important reason.

5. Conduct in the members' area

Please treat others with respect. In particular, unlawful, offensive or discriminatory content, advertising or spam without our consent, collecting other members' data and content that infringes third-party rights are not permitted. DAPPO may remove such content.

6. Member content

When you publish texts, images or comments, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights. You grant DAPPO a free, non-exclusive right to show this content on dappo.blog and DAPPO's channels. We will ask you before using it in the printed magazine.

7. Copyright

DAPPO's texts, photographs, graphics, logos and layout are protected by copyright. Sharing via the share functions and short quotations with attribution are permitted. Any other use, in particular reproduction, editing or commercial use, requires our written consent. Third-party image rights are reserved.

8. Newsletter

You receive "DAPPO Selection" only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every issue.

9. Events

Events by DAPPO Magazine & Events are subject to the terms stated in each invitation. Invitations are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

10. Liability

DAPPO is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Operators of linked websites are responsible for their content. The website may be temporarily unavailable, for example due to maintenance.

11. Data protection

How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy.

12. Changes

DAPPO may amend these terms. The version published on dappo.blog applies. We inform members of material changes by email.

13. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain reserved.
