The Cresta Palace in Celerina, originally built in 1906 as a grand hotel in the Belle Époque style, underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2022. Forty rooms and suites were meticulously refurbished and redesigned as a homage to the aesthetics and elegance of Art Nouveau. The hotel's director couple Annika Sosnizka-Tauss and Markus Tauss, together with the main shareholders, placed great importance on preserving the identity and charm of the historic building. The distinctive Art Nouveau style reappears in a modern guise, reviving the old splendor of the Cresta Palace.

Guests can enjoy excellent gastronomy at two à la carte restaurants. Giacomo’s Ristorante offers refined yet simple Italian cuisine, including creatively reinterpreted traditional recipes that bring Mediterranean flair to the Alps. Asia 75 follows the current "sharing" table culture trend, serving a diverse selection of Asian specialties to share among guests. Additionally, the Grand Restaurant serves a homemade breakfast buffet each morning and a daily changing five-course dinner menu in the evening. During winter months, the seasonal pop-up restaurant Chäs Beizli features raclette, fondue, and traditional Grisons specialties.

The hotel's 1,200 m² Vita Pura Spa offers guests a retreat for inner balance with various saunas, a panoramic indoor pool, fitness and yoga areas, and a private spa suite.
